Qur'an class for Adults

The Noble Qur'an is the literal words of Allah (سبحانہ وتعالی) that He revealed as an infallible source of legislation for mankind to live an organised life by. It contains regulations and recommendations about all aspects of life and references to the Hereafter. Being so important, the Qur'an must be read, written, and recited correctly and clearly, so as not to create any sort of ambiguity or misunderstanding whatsoever. Allah (سبحانہ وتعالی) addressed His Messenger ﷺ (may Allah (سبحانہ وتعالی) exalt his mention) in the Qur'an, Saying (what means): "…And recite the Qur'an with measured recitation." [Qur'an 73:4]

Moreover, reciting the Qur'an with Tajweed is actually obligatory on every Muslim as it’s Fard Ayn. Also, in Sunnah, it was proved in the authenticated hadith that Prophet ﷺ used to read the Qur'an word-by-word and letter-by-letter, applying elongation whenever required. Accordingly, this special branch from Qur'anic sciences compiles lots of rewards to Muslims.

Tafseer of the Glorious Qur'an

Muslims regard the most reliable Qur'anic commentary as being contained in the Qur'an itself. In other words, the ways in which certain ayat clarify other ayat are regarded as being the most significant form of commentary. A second form of Qur'anic commentary is how the Prophet ﷺ interpreted the Qur'an. And his comments on the Qur'an (as well as everything he ever said or did) are recorded in the hadith collections. After these two forms of commentary, knowledgeable companions and later generations of pious and learned Muslims expressed their view of the meaning of various ayat. It was on this foundation that the science of Qur'anic commentary was built.

(This is) a Scripture that We have revealed unto thee, full of blessing, that they may ponder its revelations, and that men of understanding may reflect.

[Qur'an 38:29]

Every Friday after Isha Salah

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Shall I not tell you something by which Allah effaces the sins and elevates the ranks (in Jannah)." The Companions said: "Yes (please tell us), O Messenger of Allah." He said, "Performing the Wudu' properly in spite of difficult circumstances, walking with more paces to the mosque, and waiting for the next Salat (prayer) after a observing Salat; and that is Ar-Ribat, and that is Ar-Ribat."

[Muslim].
